The purpose of the youth athletic scholarship is to allow every Lancaster City and Lancaster Township resident, age 18 and under, the opportunity to participate in recreational activities regardless of household financial conditions. The Youth Athletic Scholarship program was developed to lower the cost of recreational opportunities for children whose families have demonstrated financial needs.

You will need to bring the form with proper identification and proof of residency to the Rec Center - 525 Fairview Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17603. In addition, please fill out the survey form and attach to your application form.
