Our safe, effective group exercise programs are conducted by certified fitness instructors. Classes are held year-round. You can try one class for free at any time – just stop in! You may also join a class at any time for a pro-rated price for the remainder of the session.

This full body workout class is designed to help you burn calories, tone your muscles, and work on body awareness and coordination. Each class will include fun, follow along, hip hop styled cardio routines to popular songs. Learn simple choreography that you can take home with you. No dance experience is necessary and everyone is welcome to join in on the fun!

This class goes over the basic fundamentals of ballet in a fun and relaxed atmosphere without the time commitment to a studio or the pressures of preforming in a recital. You will learn and strengthen your ballet basics through barre and center combinations all while getting a great workout in. This class is open to all abilities and experience levels.

Get your body moving and shaking! This dance class is a wonderful way to learn or sharpen up your jazz dance basics, learn new moves to fun music and get a cardio and toning workout! Classes will include stretching, learning and enhancing jazz dance fundamentals, and learning choreography.

This class will get your body moving and introduce you to the basic concepts of Modern Dance. You will explore different modern dance fundamentals and learn to move your body in a fun, free form, and fluid manner, while exploring movement through stretching, floor work, across the floor combinations, and choreography. Beginner-friendly Yoga in the Park, presented by AIM to Empower, is back for the summer! This FREE class will combine flow, stretch, restorative and mindfulness practices. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle. In the case of inclement weather, AIM to Empower will post cancellations on their Facebook page.
