Our safe, effective group exercise programs are conducted by certified fitness instructors. Classes are held year-round. You can try one class for free at any time – just stop in! You may also join a class at any time for a pro-rated price for the remainder of the session.

    This FREE program is for adults with or without arthritis who have mild, moderate or severe joint and back pain. It promotes injury/disease prevention and is designed to improve movement, balance, strength, flexibility and relaxation. In addition, the program has also been shown to decrease pain and falls.

    This program is funded, in part, under an Agreement with money allocated by the Pennsylvania Department of Aging and the Lancaster County Commissioners, through the Lancaster County Office of Aging.
