Our safe, effective group exercise programs are conducted by certified fitness instructors. Classes are held year-round. You can try one class for free at any time – just stop in! You may also join a class at any time for a pro-rated price for the remainder of the session.

    Days: Tuesday and Thursdays

    Time: Tuesdays 3-4 p.m. or Thursdays 5:30-6:30 p.m.

    Tuesday sessions are for ages 50+. Thursday sessions are for ages 18+.
