Lancaster Rec is now offering Zumba!

ZumbAtomic

Ages 6-11. A Zumba class designed specifically for children. Easy to follow routines, kid friendly music, and interactive games to help boost your child's metabolism and enhance coordination. Classes are held Wednesdays, 6-6:45 p.m. at the Lancaster Rec Gym. Register online now.

Zumba

Ages 18+. A mix of Latin inspired dance moves to get you moving, get your body toned, while improving cardiorespiratory endurance. Come check out a fun fitness class with great instructors who love what they do. Classes are held Wednesdays, 7-8 p.m. at the Lancaster Rec gym. Register online now.
